The Complement Cooling System includes 25 disposable 10 ml Complement Cups, a reusable Lucite Cooling Block filled with refreezable coolant, and a clear plastic cover. It eliminates the need for ice buckets and crushed ice to keep the Compliment cold.
Simply store the Cooling Block in the freezer until needed. Once removed, the coolant inside the block will keep the Compliment chilled to below 5°C for over an hour, without the mess caused by melting ice. Additional Complement Cups can be ordered separately.
