These transparent tubes are designed for use with Fisher Models 59 and 59A, as well as TOMY Microcentrifuges. Made from virgin, medical-grade polystyrene, they are ideal for storing biological samples. The tubes are non-toxic to biologically active materials and can be frozen to temperatures below -70°C.
They are available in six transparent, non-cytotoxic, non-metallic colors. The companion caps are made from virgin polyethylene. Both the tubes and caps can be sterilized using gamma irradiation. Each package contains 1,000 tubes, and for convenience, you can also order them in assorted color bags, with 900 tubes per bag (150 of each color).
